Wallet unlock (iOS and Android)
If your phone has a passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint set up, OnlyBulls asks you to Unlock your wallet before you use it. The wallet locks again after the app has been in the background for about a minute. If you see Authentication failed. Please try again., tap Unlock wallet again. If your phone has no screen lock set up, this step is skipped. We recommend turning on a screen lock.Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a second check before sensitive wallet actions.1
Open More → Wallet settings
On the web, click the gear icon on the Wallet page.
2
Under Security, find Multi-Factor Authentication
3
Tap Set up MFA to use an authenticator app, or Set up passkey
Export your private key
Your private key gives full control of your wallet. Export it to use the same wallet in another wallet app, such as MetaMask or Phantom. You can export the keys for your Ethereum (EVM) and Solana wallets. You export keys on the web, at onlybulls.com:1
Open Wallet settings on the web
Sign in at onlybulls.com with the same account you use in the app, then click the gear icon on the Wallet page. In the iOS or Android app, More → Wallet settings → Private key export opens this page in your browser.
2
Choose a wallet
Under Export Private Keys, click Ethereum or Solana. A secure window opens.
3
Copy your key
Click the large green Copy key button at the bottom of the window. Don’t use the small Copy next to your address. That copies only your public address, not your key.
4
Store it somewhere safe
Use a password manager, an encrypted file, or a secure offline backup.
The secure window is provided by Privy, which powers OnlyBulls wallets. Your key is shown only to you. Neither OnlyBulls nor Privy can see it.
Never share your private keyAnyone with your private key can take everything in your wallet. OnlyBulls will never ask for it. Don’t paste it into any website, chat, or form.
There’s no seed phrase
OnlyBulls wallets don’t use a 12- or 24-word recovery phrase. Your wallet is protected by your OnlyBulls login, plus MFA if you’ve set it up. Anyone asking for your “OnlyBulls seed phrase” is trying to scam you.Staying safe
- Only approve connection and signature requests you started yourself.
- Ignore tokens you didn’t buy. Scammers send them as bait. See Hide tokens.
- Double-check the network and address before every send.
- OnlyBulls support will never ask for your password, sign-in links, verification codes, or private key.
