# Your OnlyBulls wallet

> How the built-in wallet works, which networks it supports, what "Cash" means, and how to read your Wallet home screen.

Every OnlyBulls account comes with a **self-custodial crypto wallet**. We set it up for you when you sign up, so there's no seed phrase to write down. Only you control the funds in it.

> Your wallet is tied to your OnlyBulls login. OnlyBulls can't recover or replace lost wallet keys, so keep your sign-in method safe. For extra protection, set up [multi-factor authentication](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/wallet-security.md#multi-factor-authentication).

## Supported networks

Your wallet has one address for each family of networks:

| **Ethereum (EVM)** address, starting with `0x` | Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum One, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Robinhood Chain, Ault |
| **Solana** address | Solana |
| **Bitcoin** address, starting with `bc1` | Bitcoin |
| **TRON** address, starting with `T` | TRON |

Your one EVM address works on every EVM network in the list, but **a token on one network is not the same as the same token on another network**. Always check the network before you send or receive. See [Send and receive crypto](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/send-and-receive.md).

## What Cash means

In OnlyBulls, **Cash is USDC**, a digital dollar designed to stay worth \$1.

USDC on Base, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, Ethereum, Polygon, or Avalanche all counts toward your Cash balance. Base is Cash's home network: when you [deposit cash](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/add-money.md) or [sell crypto](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/buy-and-sell.md#sell-crypto), you receive USDC on Base.

All balances in the app are shown in **US dollars**.

## The Wallet home screen

The **Wallet** tab is the first tab in the app. From top to bottom it shows:

* **Your balance**: your total value, with today's change underneath. Tap the eye icon to hide balances on this device, and tap it again to show them.
* **Quick actions**: **Deposit**, **Swap**, **Send**, and **Receive**.
* **Suggestions**: cards such as **Fund your wallet** and **Set your first alert**. Swipe to dismiss the ones you don't need.
* **Your Holdings**, grouped into:
  * **Crypto**: every token except Cash.
  * **Cash**: your USDC.
  * **Savings**, **Staked**, **Perps**, and **Ault Markets**: these appear only once you hold something in them.
* **Recent Activity**: your last three transactions. Tap **View all** to see your full [wallet activity](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/activity.md).

Pull down to refresh your balances.

## Hide unwanted tokens

Swipe a token to the left and tap **Hide**. Hidden tokens move into a **Dust & Hidden** group at the bottom of your holdings, where you can tap **Show** to bring one back.

Some tokens are hidden automatically:

* Tokens flagged as **Spam** or **Suspicious**
* Very low-value tokens that aren't verified (tagged **Low value**)

> **Don't interact with spam tokens**

> Scammers often send worthless tokens to wallets, hoping you'll click a link or try to swap them. Revealing a spam token doesn't make it safe. Don't send it, swap it, or visit any website it points to.

## If your wallet is unavailable

| You see | What to do |
| - | - |
| **Verify Email** | Open the verification email on this device to unlock your wallet. Everything else in the app keeps working while you wait. |
| **Unlock your wallet** | Tap **Unlock wallet** and confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint, or your device passcode. See [Wallet security](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/wallet-security.md). |
| **Create Your Wallet** | Your wallet setup didn't finish. Tap the button to finish creating it. |
| **Reconnect Wallet Session** | Sign out and sign back in. |
| **Balance unavailable** | We couldn't load your balance. Tap **Retry**. Your funds are still on the blockchain. |
| **Wallet access paused** | Contact [support@onlybulls.com](mailto:support@onlybulls.com) and we'll help you restore access. |
