# Buy and sell crypto

> Buy crypto with a card or bank, buy with your Cash balance, and sell crypto back to Cash.

## Buy crypto

You can buy crypto in two ways:

* **With your Cash balance.** On a token's page, tap **Buy**. If you have enough Cash, OnlyBulls converts your USDC into the token.
* **With a card, bank, or exchange.** Follow the steps below.

**1. Open Buy**

Tap the **Trade** button in the middle of the tab bar, then **Buy**. You can also tap **Buy** on a token's page.

**2. Choose the token**

Under **What do you want to buy?**, search for the token. Use the network chips to choose which network it arrives on.

**3. Enter an amount and choose how to pay**

Payment options are the same as for [depositing cash](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/add-money.md#payment-methods).

**4. Review the quote, including the Arrives on network, and tap Continue**

**5. Finish paying on the provider's page**

You can buy popular assets such as **BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, USDT, BNB, AVAX, POL, and TRX**, plus many other tokens on supported networks. Some assets, including **BTC, TRX, and SHIB**, can only be bought in US dollars. They're marked **USD only**.

> Card, bank, and exchange purchases go through third-party providers, and what they offer depends on your country. If you see **…isn't available to buy in your region**, no provider can sell that token where you are. Try a different token, or buy USDC and [swap](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/swap.md) it. ## Sell crypto

When you sell, your crypto is converted to **Cash (USDC on Base)**.

**1. Tap Trade, then Sell**

You can also tap **Sell** on your **Crypto** holdings or on a token's page.

**2. Choose the asset to sell**

**3. Enter an amount, or tap Max**

**4. Check the review screen**

It shows the network, **Total deducted**, and **Minimum received**.

**5. Tap Sell now**

If the token needs a one-time approval first, the button says **Approve & Sell**.

When the sale finishes you'll see **Order complete**, and the proceeds are in your Cash balance.

>
> To get your money out to a bank account, send your USDC to an exchange that supports withdrawals to your bank, then withdraw from there. OnlyBulls doesn't pay out directly to bank accounts.

## Price impact

For thin markets, a large order can move the price against you. If converting with Cash would cost more than 10% in price impact, OnlyBulls blocks it and shows **Price impact too high**. Try a smaller amount.

## Stocks

You can research stocks and onchain stocks in OnlyBulls, but you can't buy or sell them.
