# Add money to your wallet

> Deposit cash with a card, bank transfer, or exchange; transfer crypto from another wallet; or buy other crypto.

On the **Wallet** tab, tap **Deposit**. On iOS and Android you'll choose where the money is coming from:

| Option | Use it to |
| - | - |
| **Deposit cash** | Buy USDC on Base with a card, bank transfer, or an exchange such as Coinbase. |
| **Transfer crypto** | Send crypto you already own from another wallet. |
| **Buy other crypto** | Buy crypto on Solana, Ethereum, and many other networks. See [Buy crypto](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/buy-and-sell.md#buy-crypto). |

On the web, **Deposit** opens **Deposit Cash** directly.

## Deposit cash

Deposits arrive as **Cash (USDC on Base)**. OnlyBulls compares offers from several payment providers and picks the one that gives you the most USDC. You can choose a different one before you pay.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Depends on your country**
>
> Which payment methods, providers, and currencies you can use depends on the country you're buying from. OnlyBulls picks your country from your device. Make sure **Country** on the payment screen matches where you actually are. In some countries, no provider is available. See [Availability by country](https://help.onlybulls.com/help/availability-by-country.md#buying-and-depositing-with-a-card-or-bank).

**1. Tap Deposit, then Deposit cash**

**2. Enter an amount in your local currency**

Underneath it you'll see roughly how much USDC you'll get and the fees.

**3. Choose how to pay (optional)**

Tap the payment pill above the amount.
You can choose a payment method, a provider, or your **Country**.

**4. Tap Continue and check the Review screen**

It shows **You pay**, **Fees**, **Rate**, and **You get**.

**5. Tap Deposit**

You'll finish paying on the provider's secure page.

**6. When you return to OnlyBulls you'll see one of these**

* **Deposit complete**
* **Deposit submitted**: the provider is still processing it, and your balance updates when it's done.

### Payment methods

What you can use depends on your country and the provider. It can include:

* Credit or debit card
* Apple Pay (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android)
* Bank transfer (ACH, SEPA, SEPA Instant, PIX)
* PayPal
* Your Coinbase or Binance balance (you need an account with that exchange)

### Fees and limits

Fees, minimums, and maximums are set by the payment provider and can change from quote to quote. You'll always see them on the review screen before you pay.

Some providers ask you to verify your identity before your first purchase. That happens on the provider's page, not in OnlyBulls.

### Track a deposit

While a card or bank deposit is processing, a banner on the Wallet tab shows its status, for example **Processing**, **Verification required**, or **Complete**. Tap **View status** for details, or **Resume** to return to the provider's page.

If you closed the provider's page before finishing, look for **Finish your deposit** on the Wallet tab.

### Deposit errors

| Message | What to do |
| - | - |
| **The minimum amount is \$X.** / **The maximum amount is \$X.** | Change the amount. |
| **No quote for this amount.** | Try a higher amount or a different payment method. |
| **…isn't available to buy in your region.** | No provider can sell that asset where you are. Try a different asset. |
| **This quote has expired.** | Tap **Refresh quote**. Prices are only held briefly. |
| **…isn't available for this purchase.** | Choose another payment method or provider. |
| **Popup blocked. Please allow popups for this site.** | On the web, allow popups for onlybulls.com, then try again. |
| **Deposit failed** or **Deposit canceled** | You weren't charged by OnlyBulls. Tap **Try again** or **Choose another payment method**. If the provider charged you, contact the provider with your payment reference. |

## Transfer crypto from another wallet

### From an address (works for any network)

If you're moving crypto from an exchange or another wallet, the simplest way is to send it to your OnlyBulls address:

**1. Tap Receive**

**2. The default address is for USDC on Base**

To receive anything else, tap **Receiving something else?** and pick the network.

**3. Copy the address, or scan the QR code with the other wallet**

**4. Send from your exchange or other wallet on the same network**

See [Receive crypto](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/send-and-receive.md#receive-crypto) for more.

### By connecting your other wallet (iOS and Android)

You can also connect another wallet app to OnlyBulls and send from it without copying addresses. This works for **ETH, POL, or USDC** on **Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, or Polygon**.

**1. Tap Deposit, then Transfer crypto**

**2. Under Connect a wallet, pick your wallet from the list**

**3. Choose what to send**

Pick the network and asset, enter an amount, and check the **Review deposit** screen.

**4. Approve in your other wallet**

Tap **Open wallet to confirm** and approve the transfer.
Your other wallet shows the final network fee.

> [!WARNING]
>
> If you see **Checking your deposit**, don't send again. Wait for the deposit to be confirmed, or tap **Check again**.

For Bitcoin, Solana, TRON, or any other asset, use **Show me an address instead** and send to your address.
