# Frequently asked questions

> Quick answers to the most common questions about OnlyBulls.

## Account

### Is OnlyBulls free?

Yes. Creating an account and using the app is free. You pay blockchain network fees and provider or trading fees when you move or trade crypto, and you'll always see them before you confirm. See [What it costs](https://help.onlybulls.com/getting-started/what-is-onlybulls.md#what-it-costs).

### Which sign-in methods can I use?

Email and password, an email sign-in link, Google, or Apple. See [Create an account and sign in](https://help.onlybulls.com/getting-started/create-account.md).

### How do I change my display name or photo?

**Profile → Account.** See [Profile and account settings](https://help.onlybulls.com/account/profile-and-settings.md).

### Can I use OnlyBulls in another language?

OnlyBulls is available in **English** and **Português (Brasil)**. Change it under **Profile → Account → Language**.

### How do I delete my account?

**Profile → Account → Delete Account.** Move your funds out first. See [Delete your account](https://help.onlybulls.com/account/delete-account.md).

## Wallet

### Who holds my crypto?

You do. Your OnlyBulls wallet is self-custodial: OnlyBulls can't move your funds or reverse transactions. See [Your OnlyBulls wallet](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/your-wallet.md).

### Where's my seed phrase?

There isn't one. Your wallet is secured by your OnlyBulls login. You can [export your private key](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/wallet-security.md#export-your-private-key) from the web app for your Ethereum and Solana wallets.

### What is "Cash"?

Cash is **USDC**, a digital dollar designed to stay worth \$1. See [What Cash means](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/your-wallet.md#what-cash-means).

### How do I add money?

Tap **Deposit** on the Wallet tab. You can pay with a card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or an exchange balance, or transfer crypto from another wallet. See [Add money to your wallet](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/add-money.md).

### How do I cash out to my bank?

OnlyBulls doesn't pay out directly to bank accounts. [Sell](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/buy-and-sell.md#sell-crypto) your crypto to Cash (USDC), [send](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/send-and-receive.md) the USDC to an exchange that supports bank withdrawals, and withdraw from there.

### Which networks are supported?

Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, Robinhood Chain, Ault, Solana, Bitcoin, and TRON. See [Supported networks](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/your-wallet.md#supported-networks).

### I sent crypto on the wrong network. Can you get it back?

Usually not. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, and OnlyBulls doesn't hold your keys. If you sent to your own OnlyBulls address on a supported network that you didn't expect, the funds may still be in your wallet on that network. Check the network in **Receive → Receiving something else?**. If you're not sure, [contact support](https://help.onlybulls.com/help/contact-support.md) with the transaction hash.

### Why do I see tokens I didn't buy?

They're probably spam or "dust" sent by scammers. OnlyBulls hides most of these automatically. Don't interact with them. See [Hide tokens](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/your-wallet.md#hide-unwanted-tokens).

## Trading

### Can I buy stocks?

No. You can research stocks and **onchain stocks** (tokenized shares), but you can only trade crypto. See [What are onchain stocks?](https://help.onlybulls.com/markets/explore-and-search.md#what-are-onchain-stocks)

### Why can't I see Perps?

Perps is only in the iOS and Android apps, it's rolling out gradually, and it isn't available in some countries, including the United States. See [Who can use Perps](https://help.onlybulls.com/trading/perps.md#who-can-use-perps).

### Why does Predictions say trading isn't available in my region?

Polymarket, which runs the prediction markets, doesn't allow trading in many countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. You can still browse markets and withdraw your balance. See [Who can use Predictions](https://help.onlybulls.com/trading/predictions.md#who-can-use-predictions).

### Is OnlyBulls available in my country?

The app, wallet, AI, and research features aren't restricted by country. Perps, Predictions, and card or bank purchases are. See [Availability by country](https://help.onlybulls.com/help/availability-by-country.md).

### Why can't I see Save, Earn, or Stake?

These features are rolling out gradually and may not be on your account yet.

## AI

### Is askROI giving me financial advice?

No. askROI, briefs, and insights are for information only and can make mistakes. Do your own research.

### Can askROI trade for me?

No. It can read your watchlists and holdings and create price alerts, but it can't move money. See [What askROI can and can't do](https://help.onlybulls.com/ai/ai-chat.md#actions-and-limits).

### What data does the AI use?

Your messages, onboarding answers, watchlists, screenshots you upload, and holdings you ask about. These are processed by Google (Gemini). Your name, email, phone number, and login details are never attached. See [AI features and your data](https://help.onlybulls.com/getting-started/onboarding.md#ai-features-and-your-data).

## Notifications

### Why didn't I get my morning brief notification?

Check that **Daily Briefs** is on under **Profile → Notifications**, and that notifications for OnlyBulls are allowed in your phone's settings. See [Briefs](https://help.onlybulls.com/ai/briefs.md#brief-notifications).

### Why didn't my price alert notify me?

Check that **Price Alerts** is on under **Profile → Notifications**, that **Pause Notifications** is off, and that your phone allows notifications from OnlyBulls. A one-time alert turns off after it triggers once. See [Price alerts](https://help.onlybulls.com/markets/price-alerts.md).
