# Contact support

> How to reach the OnlyBulls team, and what to do if your account has been suspended.

Can't find your answer here? We're happy to help.

* **Email:** [support@onlybulls.com](mailto:support@onlybulls.com)
* **Contact form:** in the web app, click the **?** icon in the header or the **Support** link in the footer. You can also use the [contact form on our website](https://onlybulls.com/support). Fill in your name, email, and message, then click **Send Message**.

We reply by email.

## What to include

You'll get a faster answer if you tell us:

* The email address on your OnlyBulls account
* Your device and whether you're using iOS, Android, or the web
* What you were trying to do, and any error message you saw (a screenshot helps)
* For wallet issues: the asset, the network, the amount, and the **transaction hash** if you have one. You can find it in your [wallet activity](https://help.onlybulls.com/wallet/activity.md).

> [!WARNING]
>
> **We'll never ask for your login or keys**
>
> OnlyBulls support will never ask for your password, sign-in links, verification codes, or private key. Don't share them with anyone who contacts you claiming to be from OnlyBulls.

## Suspended accounts

If your account is suspended, you'll be signed out and see **This account has been suspended.** If you try to sign in again, you'll see **This account has been disabled**.

Accounts are suspended by our team, usually for breaking the [community guidelines](https://help.onlybulls.com/social/community-guidelines.md) or our [Terms of Service](https://onlybulls.com/terms).

If you think it's a mistake, tap **Contact support** on the suspension screen. That opens an email to [support@onlybulls.com](mailto:support@onlybulls.com) with the subject "Suspended account appeal". You can also send that email yourself.
