# Create an account and sign in

> Sign up for OnlyBulls with email, Google, or Apple, and sign back in on any device.

You can sign in to OnlyBulls with:

* **Email and password**
* **An email sign-in link**, so you don't need a password
* **Google**
* **Apple**

> [tab] iOS & Android
>
> **1. Open the app**
>
> The welcome screen says **Smart wallet, smarter trades**.
>
> **2. Choose how to sign up**
>
> * Tap **Sign up** to use your email address.
> * Tap the **Apple** or **Google** icon to continue with that account. (Apple sign-in also works on Android, where it opens in a browser window.)
>
> **3. If you signed up with email, enter your address and tap Continue**
>
> Then create a password with **at least 8 characters, one number, and one symbol**.
>
> **4. Open the verification email we send you and tap the link**
>
> The app notices and moves on by itself once you've verified, so you don't need to come back and tap anything.
>
> **5. Finish the remaining setup steps**
>
> See [Your first few minutes](https://help.onlybulls.com/getting-started/onboarding.md).
>
> If the verification email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then tap **Resend verification email**. You can resend once every 60 seconds.

> [tab] Web
>
> **1. Go to onlybulls.com**
>
> **2. Click Sign In in the top-right corner**
>
> **3. Choose Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Continue with Email**
>
> **4. For email, click Create an account**
>
> Enter your full name, email, and a password of at least 8 characters, then click **Create account**.
>
> > [!TIP]
> >
> > **Browsing as a guest**
> >
> > On the web you can look around before you create an account. Guest data is stored only in your browser. To keep it, open **Account** and use **Link with Apple**, **Link with Google**, or **Link with Email** to turn the guest session into a full account.

If you see **An account already exists with this email**, you already have an account. Tap **Log in instead**.

**1. On the welcome screen, tap Log In**

**2. Enter your Email and Password, then tap Sign in**

If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button instead. Your email password won't work for a Google or Apple account.

### Sign in with an email link

If you'd rather not use a password:

**1. Tap Log In, then Email me a sign-in link**

**2. Open the email from OnlyBulls and tap the link**

It expires after a few minutes.

**3. The app opens and shows You're in!**

If you open the link on a different device or browser from the one you requested it on, you'll be asked to confirm your email address first. That's expected.

## Forgot your password?

**1. Tap Log In, then Forgot password?**

**2. Enter your email and tap Send reset link**

**3. Follow the link in the email to choose a new password**

For your privacy, we show the same message whether or not an account exists for that email. If nothing arrives, check spam and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.

## Sign-in error messages

| Message | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Invalid email or password** | The email or password is wrong. Check for typos, or reset your password. |
| **Too many failed attempts. Please try again later.** | Sign-in is temporarily locked after repeated failures. Wait a few minutes. |
| **This link has expired or was already used** | Sign-in links work once and expire quickly. Request a new one. |
| **The email address didn't match this sign-in link** | Enter the same email address you requested the link with. |
| **This account has been disabled** | The account has been suspended. See [Suspended accounts](https://help.onlybulls.com/help/contact-support.md#suspended-accounts). |
| **Network error. Please check your connection.** | The app couldn't reach our servers. Check your connection and try again. |

## Sign out

Open your profile (the person icon at the top right of the **Wallet** tab) and tap **Sign out** at the bottom.
